As one of our Senior Travel Counselors, Laurie has worked in the travel industry since 1988 with a national travel agency. For 13 years she worked with a major oil company’s national and international travel account in a fast paced office environment. Laurie enjoys the dynamics of corporate travel and believes that exceptional customer service is the key to building business relationships that last.
As one of our Senior Travel Counselors, Jean-Paul has been in the travel industry since 1988 where he started his career with Canadian Airlines in the reservations division based in Winnipeg, Vancouver and Montreal. In 1995, Jean-Paul joined a large Montreal-based multinational company where he served as the in-house travel agent, gaining extensive experience in corporate travel. Jean-Paul’s clients receive the highest level of customer service and benefit from his utmost attention to detail. Jean-Paul is pleased to offer his services in both French and English.
As one of our Senior Travel Counselors, Anne has been a successful independent travel consultant for the last 15 years. Her loyal corporate clientele over the past 15 years have grown with her and are testimony to her outstanding service. Anne believes that corporate travel consultants save corporations valuable time by allowing their employees to concentrate on what they are paid to do!
As Business Development Manager, David’s 20 years of travel industry experience is instrumental in helping clients identify opportunities for cost savings and growth. Prior to joining Corporate Travel Solutions, David worked in both Operations and Management roles developing training programs, improving profits, controlling costs, managing airline re-accommodations during crisis periods and planning innovative marketing and operational strategies that maximized market share and revenue.
Sproul has been in the travel industry for 27 years starting with CP Air in 1984. He held various management positions in the marketing and sales departments while CP Air transitioned to become Canadian Airlines Sproul left the airline to take on a senior position at Carlson Wagonlit travel in the retail end of the industry before heading back to the airlines in the position of Managing Director passenger sales for American Airlines. In recent years Sproul was VP of Sales and Customer Experience at Air Canada Vacations before taking on the role of President at IAS Corporation, the parent of Corporate Travel Solutions.
Sproul is well respected in the travel industry and seen as a business builder that can balance the day to day operations of the business he leads with the strategic imperatives necessary to drive the business forward. Sproul has been in the leadership role at IAS Corporation for 4 years and along with the senior team managed IAS to double digit growth with national coverage across Canada.
In his role as CTS Corporate Controller, Jason provides fiscal guidance to CTS. Overseeing daily accounting and finance operations, Jason is responsible for guiding the financial policies, procedures, and planning for the organization.
